National Power Rodding recently completed a significant CIPP lining project in the Chicagoland area. The job involved lining pipes that were 27 feet long with a diameter of 27 inches and a thickness of 15 millimeters using a polyester liner. Air-inversion and steam curing methods were used to ensure durability and longevity. Despite the complexity of the project, National Power Rodding’s crew successfully lined close to 7,000 feet of pipes in approximately 4 weeks. This included lining pipes of various diameters, including 10 inches, 12 inches, 18 inches, and 27 inches, showcasing their expertise and versatility in the process.
