Michelle Beason, P.E., Regional Manager of National Plant Services, was featured in Trenchless Technology’s July cover story, “2023 Editorial Roundtable: Women in Trenchless.”” The roundtable discussion covered a multitude of topics and offered insight into the experience of women in the male-dominated construction industry.
When asked about women overcoming challenges in the construction/trenchless industry, Michelle responded: “If you know the product or projects you will be working on and have a good plan, everything else will flow nicely … Confidence is my No. 1 piece of advice to give new, and seasoned, people in the industry.”
