About the Position:
Position: Diesel Mechanic
Location: Long Beach, CA
Pay: *$25.00/hour first 90 days
*$27.80/hour after 90 days
* Sign on Bonus (Discussed with Hiring Manager)

The Diesel Mechanic is responsible for:
· Maintaining and repairing diesel trucks, ranging in size from tractors/trailers to medium duty trucks
· Maintaining and repairing the mounted contractor’s equipment contained on vehicles
· Documenting preventive maintenance efforts as required to achieve compliance with D.O.T. regulations
Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License required, willingness to obtain a CDL B with Air Brake
· 5 years of experience with BIT inspections
· Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
· Ability to pass safety training exams and the background check required
· Prioritize safety, is conscientious, dependable and quality-minded.
